We had our panels tested in an independent test laboratory, where other panels failed and our panel past the tests. We give you a form 15 or a form 16 when required to give to your pool certifier. Unfortunately the designs for certified pool fencing are now restricted to:
Double top rail as shown in the picture on top and Loop top panels as shown in the picture below. If your pool was approved before December 2009 you can still use the other style certified pool panels like the Flat top and picket top panels.
A stylish alternative for the traditional timber or steel pool fence is the Glass fencing. Un-obstructed views in your backyard enhances any pool and entertaining area.

From December 2010, Council will start to make random inspections of pool fencing.
